Know How Resourcing is currently recruiting on behalf of our valued client for a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and professional individual with solid administrative experience to support the smooth and efficient running of a busy office environment. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a courteous and efficient manner
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Book appointments and coordinate schedules between engineers and clients for home equipment setups and service visits
- Prepare, edit, and manage documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Monitor office supplies, place orders when necessary, and ensure equipment is maintained and fully operational
- Provide general administrative support to internal teams to ensure overall productivity and organisation
- Assist with diary management, meeting coordination, and other clerical duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent phone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
- Accurate typing and data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- Prior experience with scheduling or appointment booking is desirable
