Main Purpose of Job:

To increase our sales and profit in B2B SMB (professional business) space

To recruit, train, motivate and develop a successful new business sales team

To increase number of live buying accounts and ring fence for regular, repeat business

To identify vertical market opportunities with support from Vendors and Marketing

Co-ordinate a successful go2market strategy ensuring buy-in from all stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve set monthly sales and profit target
  • Outline go2market sales strategy and profit parameters
  • Outline vertical target market focusing on profitable, low risk business
  • To coach and mentor the sales team to enable targets to be met consistently
  • Develop relationships with key customers and safeguard business
  • Ensure sales performance reviews are carried out regularly
  • Work in conjunction with marketing for lead generation and co-produce promotional activities
  • Provide monthly sales reporting versus KPI’s

Other Duties:

  • To assist in any other areas of work as and when requested by your manager or as determined by the need of the company
  • You will be required to work such additional hours as are necessary for the proper performance of your duties without payment of overtime.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000/ per annum dependent on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, day shift
