Job description

Know How Resourcing are currently recruiting a number of Customer Service Administrators to work on behalf of a well-established company in the Wetherby area.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responding to customers’ queries over the phone and through email.
  • Advising customers on procedures of placing an order and the product fitting process.
  • Dealing with stock inquiries.
  • Inputting data.
  • Updating customers with the delivery information.

Key Skills

  • Strong organizational skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge/experience with all MS office packages including Microsoft Excel
  • Manage and prioritize a diverse workload

Salary: £11 p/h

Working hours: Monday to Friday

8:30 am - 16:00 pm or 9 am - 17:00 pm

This is a temporary role that can lead to permanent employment after 3 months.
